RETURN / REFUND POLICY

We want you to have complete confidence in placing your order with innovativesafetyglasses.com, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with ANY of our safety glasses, you can return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the safety glasses less shipping and handling costs. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping and handling or freight charges.

WARRANTIES

All safety glasses are warranted directly by the manufacturers. At innovativesafetyglasses.com you can always order our select product line of safety glasses with confidence as your satisfaction is assured.
 
All Body Specs & Wiley X products are fully guaranteed and carry a one-year warranty against any manufacture defects.  This does not cover negligence in the use of the product, including a scratched lens. The warranty does not cover lenses, unless the lenses have a manufacturer's defect. Upon receiving defective merchandise, the manufacturer will replace / repair at their discretion, with a $5.00 return and handling fee. Call 1-800-965-4883 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.

No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Innovative Safety Glasses. Innovative safety glasses is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of any brand name safety glasses. Safety glasses which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Innovative Safety Glasses at no charge.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We normally ship all in stock items within 2 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-8 business days from the day that the order was placed)

TAXES

Innovative Safety Glasses does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Minnesota. If you order within the state of Minnesota, you will be charged for sales tax.

CANADA SHIPPING

The total shipping charge would be $8.50 for any order to Canada, regardless of order size.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.

CANCELLATIONS

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
